There were systemic issues that impacted their ability to make a profit, evidenced by an inability to deliver actual production volume and meet On-time/In Full (OTIF) delivery metrics. The business was operating at $0 profit at the time of our initial assessment.
We utilized our proprietary VOC assessment and VOP (voice of the process) data analytics model known as QMAX$ to assess current state performance and identified potential opportunities for gap closure. We then designed a 3-year profit delivery, asset optimization & investment plan for the business to improve their operability.
